My daughter came home for the week and we were short on space and have twin infants that cry often in the night. The Hilton had good rooms and a pool with hot tub for a good price. The front staff were friendly and put up with my large group causing small amounts of chaos.

I was greeted by Melissa upon arrival. I was extremely early for check in, and did not expect to get my room for a while. She was so pleasant and accommodating it was a wonderful surprise. The last few places I stayed need to take a lesson from Melissa on hospitality and making people feel welcome. She was able to get me in a room in 10 minutes, explained everything and asked if I needed anything else. 25 min later when I was leaving the hotel Melissa was at the front and dbl checked with me that everything was OK with the room. She definitely deserves a raise!!! That is exceptional hospitality

Breakfast was an extra charge and not worth the expensive cost. COVID is over there is no reason not to offer guests a complimentary breakfast even if it is small and simple

Great pub downstairs. If you stay here go down and grab a burger and a drink. Employees are so kind and nice and helpful with any issues. stayed for a week and it was perfect. Wish it was a little closer to the city

Due to a medical emergency, i needed a room last minute in the middle of the night. They were so nice and helpful. They gavee a great room and only charged me 1/2 rate. The place is clean and neat. The food is great and the room service is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is the best!!!

The main desk service was terrible, the girl working on evening shifts couldn’t get her phone out of her face to even answer a simple question, such as could I have an extra pillow and fan please. She repeated to me twice you know you have a pull-out in the couch, that would’ve been helpful had I needed an additional pull-out couch but I did not. Also apparently for as nice as this hotel looks requests for an oscillating fan seem quite foreign at least based on the response I received.

Me and my family had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Family friendly, I am not sure if they are pet friendly. The breakfast bar is extra charge around $15. Enjoy your stay.
